Feasibility Studies<\/strong> \u2013 To help you determine the feasibility of a certain site or existing space, we will access space needed to accommodate your program, adequacy of floor-to-floor heights to accommodate distribution of mechanical, plumbing and electrical\/IT systems required for the modern laboratory; structural column and window spacing for appropriate laboratory modules for efficient layout of workstations and equipment and adequacy of existing structural systems to meet the vibration criteria of any sensitive scientific instrumentation. From these surveys we can make recommendations for occupancies in new construction and or renovated facilities.<\/p>\n

Master Planning<\/strong> \u2013 Is your laboratory one phase in an overall campus or even one building?\u00a0 We will help you develop a roadmap for construction in your campus or building.<\/p>\n

Test Fits & Space Planning<\/strong> \u2013 We will assist in your evaluation of a building for your lab space before you sign that lease.
