Renovation of an existing basement to house new NMR equipment and office space. Scope included coordination of the removal of an 800 NMR through the roof of the existing building to be shipped to another university. Within the current space, an additional two functioning NMRs required temporary protection for continued operation during construction. A balcony extension with office space, a catwalk and stair was added to the space. The non-ferrous design was detailed for these elements and surrounding construction. Photos attached.
